the so called "great work culture" in the pretty reputed startup

General

Recently I joined a startup as an intern. The founder is soo damnn good. an amazing engineer, and very down to earth but the team is not welcoming at all.

Some engineers treat interns very rudely as if interns deserve no respect. If you try to questing things the way they are you end up getting a very arrogant and rude reply (and honestly i could see many faults in that).

We're all the same age and from the same graduating year but they treat interns like they are beneath them. Bruh just because someone's career started a little later or they're only there for a few months doesn't mean you get to treat them in a pathetic manner.

No doubt the culture is great for the people who've been there from the start, but for new joiners, it's pretty bad. Have to spend a few months here somehow.
