Performance issues

So i just downloaded ryujinx or whatever the new version is called, and so far i have only played smash bros but i get pretty big fps drops. Im pretty sure its not my laptops fault since i have an rtx 4070 and a ryzen 9 8945h. Can anyone help please? Also i have tomodachi life aswell but it just crashes every time i try to start it
