Any way to completely disable the "Continue Watching" widget, or force it to sync accurately with Trakt?

Hey everyone,

​I have a major grievance with the default "Continue Watching" feature in Stremio, and I'm hoping someone here has found a reliable workaround or addon-based fix.

​As someone already uses another media app with a debrid service, and relies on Trakt to manage my watch state, Stremio's "Continue Watching" row is incredibly annoying.

It completely ignores my actual trakt progress. I have a backlog of in-progress shows and for some reason stremio ignores it all unless you find them and play them in the app

I managed to partially resolve my issue by using a custom catalog that directs me straight to the seasons overview page instead of forcing me to the "next up" episode.

​however, I am still stuck with the native "Continue Watching" row pinned as my very first home screen widget.

​Is there any known method to completely disable or hide the default "Continue Watching" widget?
