Want to experience one of the shittiest customer service in India? Order from House of Jamoti. Everyone in their team has zero empathy for customers and full of arrogance.

Last year, a relative of mine flew from Canada for someone's last rites/funeral. She ordered an outfit from them confirming the delivery date.

House of Jamoti ppl sent her mismatched sizes of kurta and pants. Obvio she couldnt use it for the occasion and asked them to return/refund. They refused to refund and said we will send replacement. Funeral was over; she was due to return to Canada but they wouldn't budge at all.

She requested a local relative to keep the replacement piece on her behalf. This local relative also wore the same size so it wasnt a problem. House of Jamoti again sent wrong sizes with size tags cut out this time.

My Canada relative was embarrassed and again asked for a refund. They rudely said under no circumstances will they give refund. She finally demanded to speak to the owner but the customer service girls acted all haughty and said we dont allow that.

After much effort the owner came on call and said "I will not refund no matter what. If you want I can make a custom piece and send you." So now they sent their measurements.

This time, House of Jamoti sent a stained piece to her relative which was 3 sizes larger (proofs attached - she is M they sent her XXL), leaving her horrified. Finally, they gave up on the brand and told them to keep rhe money as a charity, and the brand shamelessly accepted.

House of Jamoti is a scam company
