Room available

Hello, I have a room available in midtown from Aug 2026- March 2027. My bestie is moving out so I am trying to find someone for the rest of the lease. The rent is super cheap and we have a big house with a nice porch. 420 friendly! LGBTQ house, so hoping to find someone in the community or at least an ally!
