Brentham Gardens Estate vs Northfields

We are currently renting in Ealing Common. Looking to buy a 3 bedroom house in either Bentham Gardens Estate of near Northfields station area close to Lammas Park.

We have dogs. Young family. No kids yet but planning to have one in the next 2-3 years. I work in the city and my partner works along Elizabeth line.

We look to start exploring more of the two areas but appreciate any opinions on your experience living in either of the area, in terms of school network, vibe, convenience and dining options!
