How to make friends

Salam! Does anyone have advice on how to make friends, I’m a 24F and have graduated college and only made one friend from there but she lives in a different state now. I go to my local mosque but the girls there have their own clique and never invite me to things. I’ve tried to make an effort with them but I feel judged whenever I’m around them for some reason. I’ve been an introvert my whole life but now idc about social anxiety and just want friends at this point. I also tried bumble and get ghosted mostly. Can anyone suggest how to make meaningful friendships?!
