Doubt in application after offer letter

Ah i got my offer letter tdy and i filled out the enrollment application. While filling it did not ask me for my 10th perc or my 12th marks in PCM, but after filling in the profile it's showing zero for all the things tht it didn't ask eg 10th perc.

Anyone else noticed this ?
