Is there anything I can do about my neighbour?

I live in an apartment block and a lady moved in downstairs a year ago. Now I use the word lady loosely, she is a nightmare. Constantly drinking, abusing me, ringing my doorbell, complaining of noise from my apartment, always screaming. There has to be mental health issues too. Things really escalated this weekend and I called the guards. She was back 24 hours later. Is there anything else that can be done? She is making my life miserable. She owns the apartment unfortunately.
