Where to get tires changed?

The 19” wheels on this JCW Clubman I bought are in very good shape. I want to swap the run flat tires out for Pirelli or Michelin UHP all seasons. Can I take this thing to Costco or Discount Tire type stores and be confident they’re not going to do something bad to the wheels? If not, how do you tell if a place knows what they’re doing mounting tires? Is a dealer better?
