Failed should I continue

I failed to talk to her today and im losing way to much time every time I don't theres less than 2 weeks before school ends, every time I fail I cut my self its like an addiction, every time I fail I cry. My mutusn and anxiety is fucking with me. Maybe I should just give her a letter instead of speaking im pathetic I should have just end it last week
