SIMTRA BIO PHARMACEUTICAL

If anyone thinks coming to work at simtra bio pharmaceutical here in bloomington Indiana well bad news for you. We had a town hall last Thursday on 06-04-2026 about our progress, not everything was bad but we had hit our 3 out 4 goals and we made our profit goal of 93 million dollars for QT1. We'll they have decided to CUT ALL OF OUR HOURS FROM 40 hours a week to 36 hours a week and they are gonna hiring 30 new supervisors. Of course they dont want to have a mass layoff because catalent and NOVO did that and they got alot of back lash. Obviously Simtra doesnt want that but why the f++k screw your own employees who work their asses off making your special products while we have people here who are LITTERALLY SURVIVING PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK, most people are losing 400 to 600 dollars a month. Oh yeah if your salary dont worry you won't lose a single dime. They also stated that whatever profits they made in their Germany plant their using their profits to make the new buildings, so yeah are plant is making Hella profits amd also they got a 20 million dollar TAX RIHGT OFF FOR 2025. They say their investing into the employees. I CALL FUCKING BULLSHIT. They are not its a lie. Bc if they did im sorry most of us hourly people wouldnt be living paycheck to paycheck. They also want us other shifts to compete and who ever has better numbers gets a free lunch only once a week per shift. So now you want all of us to compete with eachother and not work together as a team like it should be. All for that so we can get a free fucking lunch. Yeah lets go ahead and spend 200k a year in free lunch for our people and not give them a raise. Simtra pharmaceutical listen to your employees you have literally pissed off everyone, your taking money from people who needs it to support their own family. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
