Should I be lagging this much with shaders (mid-high end pc)

Running super duper vanilla getting horrible frame rates with this mod pack. My setup is pretty good and more than enough to run shaders normally is this just a side effect of having this many mods loaded + shaders? if this is out of the ordinary, tell me what I can change to fix it.
