Will I pass my drug test?

I have a Labcorp urine drug screen coming up, and I’m feeling anxious about it. I was a daily marijuana user for over five years, smoking regularly from March 2020 until April 2026. I quit cold turkey on April 12 and haven’t smoked since.

I’m 5’7”, about 120 lbs, and work out 5–6 times per week. The test is required for an Adderall prescription, and while I’ve been sober for more than 50 days, I’m worried that my long history of daily use could still cause me to test positive.

Based on my history, should I be concerned about failing the test? Are there any legitimate tips or best practices I should follow before going to Labcorp to give myself the best chance of an accurate result? I’m scared to dilute my urine by drinking too much water and I’m not sure an at home test will be accurate enough to relieve my anxiety. Thought? Opinions? Lmk!
