Fussy Toddler

My toddler is 19 months and is beyond fussy. She cries and whines about everything. I take her to classes and she’s the only one in the class having a hard time, she just wants me to hold her the whole time and cries when something happens (another kid gets in her way, she drops something, etc) When I ask my sister who has three kids she says 18-24 months was her favorite age. I try to do no screen time, I take her to classes, I play and read her books, I take her out every day with other kids. She sleeps well for naps and at night… she eats decently well…I feel like I’m not doing anything differently than anyone else. I am home with her everyday except one day and I’ve read toddlers show their true emotion when they are with their caretaker so maybe that’s what is going on. I just feel like I can’t go more than 10 minutes without crying or a melt down. This started around 16 months.
