Anyway to view/use shared inbox on Outlook

I have just set up a shared inbox for a generic info@xyz.com email address for customer enquiries. I cannot get access to the shared inbox on Outlook (desktop or app) - only the Zoho mail app. Is there anyway to do this? It seems a serious limitation for me if this is not possible.
