Is it possible for 3 people in the same household get snap?

I live in Brooklyn NYC with both my mom and grandpa.

I applied for one shot deal through my grandpas name because we have a back rent of 6,000. I know crazy

But I was gonna get the bundle of one shot deal/cash assistance/snaps for for my grandpa.

But the thing Is my mom got snaps and used the address of the apartment that we live in.

Is it possible for 3 people living under the same roof to get snaps??

I was thinking since my mom got snaps and used the address of the place we live in, I can apply for snaps for myself and would probably use a different address/say Im homeless in-order to get the snaps, and for my grandpa get the bundle deal (one shot deal/cash assistance/snap) but used a different address/say he’s homeless

Im just trying to do anything for all of us to get snap 🥹😭
