Third IUI Blues

Starting our third IUI this month and feeling pretty blessed to have the opportunity, but also fighting the pessimism hard.

Here’s our relevant stats (all failed/no conception):
- 3 Medicated Cycles of 5mg Letrozole w/ Trigger (1 Monitored w/ Confirmed Ovulation)
- 1st IUI w/ 7.5 mg Letrozole, Trigger CD 14 w/ 17mm and 19 mm Follicle & IUI CD 15 w/ 25m Post-Wash (+TI 24hr after)
- 2nd IUI w/ 10 mg Letrozole, Trigger CD 13 w/ 20mm Follicle & IUI CD 14 w/ Post-Wash 26m (+TI 24hr after)

HSG showed all clear, morphology good, no genetic concerns with both tested.

While I thought we might add injections or a new protocol this round, my RE kept everything the same as our last IUI. Feeling the mantra about insanity being doing the same thing expecting different results … even though I know it’s a lot of luck and odds here.

Any happy stories or support appreciated! Looking toward my CD10 follicle scan later this week to see what we’re working with.
