Non-aerosol dry shampoo for fine, oily hair

I use not your mother’s or batiste but am looking for one that’s not aerosol. Ideally it would help with volume as my hair sticks flat to my head - classic for fine hair lol. I’d love for it to have a refreshing scent as well. Everything I’ve looked at (but not yet tried) seems SO expensive for such a small bottle and I worry I’ll fly through it in a month. I’m okay with it being pricey if it lasts a long time. For reference, I try to wash my hair twice a week and use dry shampoo the rest. Not too much gross residue is a huge plus but I understand that might not work.
