Why do people want (tackle) football banned?

I can understand banning football before high school, but when they're in high school and allowed to play, they can understand the risks. They are also able to consent to playing. I've heard some people say that college and professional football should be banned, but many people say that professional and college football players are adults who understand the risks and still decide to play. They also make millions. College football players make millions from NIL. People have a choice between flag and tackle. What I mean is if someone doesn't feel comfortable with playing tackle or doesn't want to play at all, they can play flag, but if someone else wants to play tackle, it's their choice, and they know the risks.
