My preferred Bosnia XI heading into the World Cup 🇧🇦

One thing I’ve been curious about: why haven’t we seen more of Kerim Alajbegović at CAM?

I know he’s played mostly out wide, but whenever I watch him he looks very comfortable drifting centrally, carrying the ball through the middle, and playing dangerous passes in behind. To me, he seems like a natural fit in the No. 10 role, especially with Demirović and Džeko making runs ahead of him.

Or is it simply a depth issue? Maybe Barbarez prefers having either Kerim or Memić available off the bench as game-changers rather than starting both.

Am I missing something? Is it tactical, defensive work rate, lack of experience, or just squad balance?

Also, with the opener on Friday, what changes do you think Barbarez makes to the starting XI? Any surprise starters or rotation predictions?
