Failed femoral osteotomy

Hi guys! I recently had femur osteotomy to fix my femur inward rotation of 35 and my surgeon got confused how much he derotated and I end up with 25 degrees, while 10-15 degrees is normal.

Just wondering - did anyone had cases when their femur rotation became 25 degrees? Does your hip still hurt?
