Parking during the winter parking ban

Hi Folks,

We're looking at apartments in the West End - particularly Charles Street and Duncan Street - and we're finding a lot of apartments don't have parking available.

Obviously we can park on the street most of the time, but where do people park in these areas when there's an overnight parking ban?

Is Sobeys an option? Or the Forum?
