Hey everyone,

Writing this as a warning to any musicians, producers, or bands looking for collaborators. We recently had to part ways with a vocalist who goes by BigZero on Discord, and the exit was incredibly toxic. I want to put this out there so other hard-working musicians don't waste their time or put themselves in a frustrating position.

The Background:

Our project had a guest guitarist step away respectfully due to time constraints and life getting busy. Instead of handling it professionally, BigZero completely lost his temper in the group server, launching personal attacks at the guitarist and tossing out insults.

When called out on this toxic behavior and told that nobody was going to walk on eggshells around him, he immediately tried to twist the narrative, play the victim, and ultimately sent a DM to quit the project entirely (insulting the band on the way out).

The Threats & Slurs:

After officially quitting and blocking me, he went to a separate group chat to throw around homophobic slurs, stating he is "stealing" our band name, Negative 3 Degrees, and attempting to poach members while bragging about replacing the rest of the lineup.

Why I'm Posting This:

We already have the digital footprint, timestamps, and an established YouTube channel for Negative 3 Degrees that predates his tantrum, so his threats to "steal" the name are legally and practically empty. However, the music community thrives on mutual respect and accountability. Someone who throws a tantrum when a collaborator leaves, hurls slurs, and tries to steal assets out of pure spite has no place in a healthy creative space.

Screenshots of the entire interaction, the crash-out, and the slurs are attached below. Protect your projects, protect your files, and watch out who you invite into your circle.
