Urgent Need a Roommate July 1st

Hi, I am a 24F law student looking for someone to sign a lease with me in LIC/Astoria area. My budget is 2100 and below and I prefer a 2Bd 2Bth. I have found a good option that is moving quick, but I also am open to searching for others.
