Has anyone had a client's Google Business Profile quietly edited without their knowledge?

Happened to me more than once — phone number swapped, category changed, even marked as permanently closed. Google's suggested edits system auto-approves a lot of these with no notification to the owner.

Ended up building my own monitoring system to catch it. Curious if this is a common pain point or just me.
