I delivered and now my lady bits look different!?

Hi yall I am a ftm, I gave birth 4 weeks ago and I am doing fine but I had a question… is it normal for your vulva to change? I feel like everything shrunk?? My cl*t, the inner lips and everything got smaller, the actual vulva got bigger and everything is really sensitive? I didnt tear externally (internally I am a patchwork quilt) but it just looks like it’s not mine anymore? I didn’t know if anyone else had this experience? Will it go back? Idk I’m not upset I’m just confused as to why this happened?
