Does anyone have experience with the Shimano GLFS76MB or the 4000 Fierce® IV Spinning Reel

Im looking to get a second pole and reel for around 250$ and this was the combo I picked out but I want some info from people who have used either.

I plan to mostly use it for bass, and panfish, but I'd also like to some occasional surf, and night time catfishing.

Also if you have similar spec recommendations at around the same price that would be helpful too.
