Bungie Store Missing Item

Hope you are well today.

As many of you likely know, the bungie store has a sale on a lot of their stuff. In a fairly large order, I also got the Guardian Pin Crest Banner as well as a number of pins to put on it to remember my time with D2.

Unfortunately, it seems I was shipped a t-shirt rather than the banner. I have contacted bungie support but wanted to ask — should I just buy it again? I would really like to have it for the pins I’ve collected, and also just think it’s super cool decor.

Is bungie store support generally responsive enough that it’s fine, or should I repurchase the item now (~$27 total with shipping)?

Any thoughts or experiences are appreciated, thanks.
