QRV project came to its conclusion -- welcome to QSOE!

Dear Subscribers! Thank you very much for your interest in my work! As you guess, the little petition to Blackberry about re-licensing of QNX had no effect, and this means that the QRV project is concluded. It achieved all its goals and has proven that QNX on 64-bit RISC-V is definitely possible.
