Rode a ride at the amusement park

No judgement please; I know I fucked up. I am 7dpt and just got my faintest line. Today my family went to a small amusement park. I got on a ride that was way more intense than I expected. Like full flips upside down. Now I’m freaking out I may have harmed something.
We had a failed cycle last year in I’m honestly in denial about the whole thing and made really dumb decision not thinking of the impact. I feel like I sabotaged the whole thing.
