Missed Effexor dose? I turned 10,000+ patient reports into a pattern matcher

I kept seeing the same missed-dose stories over and over: brain zaps, nausea, panic, weird dreams, “am I dying?” energy.

So I tried to organize them into something more useful than doom-scrolling: pick dose/form/time missed and see the closest reported pattern, symptoms, timeline, and what people commonly confused it with.
