In doubt to take medication prescribed by psychiatrist

Was recently diagnosed with OCD and Moderate severity depressive episode and was prescribed Seroquel (Quetiapine) 25 mg and Trileptal (Oxcarbazepine) 75 mg that in 2 weeks will be followed with antidepressants . I have been in doubt for days now and have searched all over the internet trying to figure out if i should take them or not. Are those medications generally a good option for treating OCD? I am afraid of dependence and side effects
