Do you consider the forced relocation of Germans from territories ceded to Poland after WW2 a genocide?

It fits the definition of an ethnic cleansing and saw the forceful relocation of 7-8 millions Germans into the DDR. What's worse is that 500.000-2million Germans died during transit. Due to harsh winter conditions. This relocation was sanctioned by the western allies in the Potsdam agreement.

The reason I ask this question is that today the polish government seeks to revisit the matter of reparations after WW2 without any acknowledgement that a reparation has taken place and executed by the communist polish government. Willingly executed. My follow up question would be that IF reparations are to be discussed, should these matters of territory and genocide against both people influence this debate?
