Earnin direct deposit lost my money

'm so frustrated. I set up earnin direct deposit since it wasn't working to log into my employee app through earnin and it was a huge mistake. I'm now on day 5 of not getting my paycheck and they dont know where my money is. I've been going back and forth with support who have been kind but unable to figure out the problem. I'm out $1200 and have been currently waiting for a specialist team to figure out what happened to my money for 2 days now. They originally told me it may take a few days to process but I should expect pay by Friday evening. Sure enough Friday evening came and went so I contacted them again and I was told basically the same thing that it may take a few days. I basically told them (kindly) that I had already waited long enough (my usual pay day is Friday) and that I needed this resolved now so it was escalated to a specialist team. Now I'm just sitting twiddling my thumbs waiting for my money while I have bills to pay and mouths to feed. I am beyond frustrated and to the point I'm ready to lose my shiii. There is no phone number to call so all of this is handled at their convenience over email or support chat and I'm done. Please do not make the same mistake as me.
