I think I've hit my limit with software issues

First, Control Center refuses to recognize my two Key Light Airs on both desktop and mobile apps, and customer support does absolutely nothing to help. Now, I try updating to Wave Link 3 earlier today, and everything went in the gutter. Channels wouldn't play audio, my Wave 1 mic wouldn't playback test recordings, and this was after hours of troubleshooting and making sure I routed everything correctly. Made sure my audio driver were in order and everything. As if that wasn't enough, I then tried reverting back to the older version of Wave Link 2.0.6 (3780), and now the software won't register my mic as plugged in, making it useless.

I'm tired and just done now. I will be looking into into alternative lights, mics, and physical mixers as soon as my budget allows, which can't be soon enough.
