VR videos on to Meta Quest 3 are spatially too close or zoomed in

When I play VR videos on the Quest 3 through a browser, they appear zoomed. To see the video properly, I need to have the timeline bar displayed, which adjusts its spatial distance while the video is greyed out on the background. When I hide the time bar, it zooms in again. Could someone please help?

I found this exact question on Reddit from 2 years ago, yet there are no solution. I've tried 3rd party apps like skybox or deovr. The problem with all of them is either they don't support video streaming from browsers or they don't support 180/360 video. It feels like such a simple problem to solve yet I still can't find any fixes. Please help me...
