What does Saint have to do with sexual intercourse (2nd karma symbol)

After ending Saint's campaign my karma is sitting at level 2. Does it have any meaning? Why did it stop at 2, not 1 like Arti or 0 (empty circle, like it is during the ending). 2nd karma means sexual intercourse, and I see no connection to Saint in that aspect. 3rd symbol, companionship, would make much more sense if anything.
