Upcoming Banners Advice

So after burning all my diamonds after the 1st anniversary and a failed attempt at Phoenix; I have saved up close to 30,000 diamonds. My problem is I keep hearing that I should keep saving for a big banner coming soon. Is there a big banner coming or any decent units coming?
