Rebuilt title, fairly priced

So WA state, western side, I have a first gen Tacoma, I love it. But it’s RWD double cab. It’s so pretty. I’m starting a big commute soon for a big raise (2500/month )and also want to get into some 4x4 stuff. Looking at FJs, 4runner, jeep, and ofc more tacos. Found a 2019 trd off road for my budget, but it’s a rebuilt title. Seller has the carfax, the damage photos, and the repair receipts. It was bed damage, no frame issues, and no airbag deployment. Seems safe to me but I don’t know much, what I know is I love my first gen and don’t want to put 60 miles a day on it, or kill it on a trail (yes I take my RWD first gen on trails, it has a rear dif🤷‍♀️)
I would probably hold onto this for the life of it so the resale hit isn’t a huge concern.

Would probably be financing with 1-2k down. I could pay cash but would rather not.
