Connecting Instagram - Help!

It’s been a while since I needed to post on socials and now your Instagram has to be a professional account. Okay, I made a professional account and it has the same credentials as my main so that I can use one log-in and toggle back and forth easily between my profiles. Here’s the issue:

I’m trying to connect that secondary pro creator profile but Influenster is only allowing me to try to connect my main when I log in, prompting me to change that account to meet the requirement.

Does anyone know (because support takes forever to respond) how I can get the right account connected? Do I need to separate the two and create a unique password, thus lose the Instagram account association? It says you can only connect one profile if you have multiple, but not how to connect the one you want to select out of the multiple.

I’m hoping someone else has experienced this and knows the workaround. Thanks in advance!
