International travel destination with 8 and 11 year old- November

We live in the Midwest, USA and are looking to take an international trip over my children's (8 and 11) Thanksgiving holiday in late November. 10 days or less. Not terribly budget conscious, but not luxury. Nature is important, as well as interesting cultural experiences. Thinking West Africa (Morocco) or South America (Peru, Argentina) but I've been to those locations and would like something new. No Central America, as we were recently in Belize. Looking for some inspiration!
