Fear of cow meat?

I have an extreme fear of eating any meat from a cow. milk, cheese and anything containing the two is completely fine with me, never minded it. It’s the meat itself. I’m scared specifically of contracting any prion diseases. I understand it’s insanely rare, I get that. I can’t even be around it, the thought of beef makes me nauseous.
