Banned due to real life emergency

Hi, Faceit Team,

I was recently banned and deducted Elo for being a leaver, fair enough under normally circumstances this is my first time in around 800 matches I have been a leaver.

Fortunately the ban is revoked but the elo loss is not.

I wrote a ticket but received a generic response.

Please can I have someone review this and please see this with some decent compassion and reasoning.
