How to beef up my resume for CFE with plan to transition into OPs manager.

Been debating a transition into data center ops. Spent the last 10 years in commercial nuclear in operations dept. Last 5 years spent as a licensed reactor operator. No real background in data centers or IT really at all. What are some things I can do to make the transition? Perfect world I could transition quickly into manager role (sick of rotating shifts).

Any advice or insight to make the smooth transition and set myself up for the best outcome!
