Help please - grainy texture

Hi all. Just got the creami and I have no idea what I’m doing. My base is 1.5 cups of heavy cream, 1.5 cups of almond milk, monkfruit sweetener with allulose, and vanilla. Freeze for 24 hours and run it in lite ice cream mode. The texture is always grainy. Am I missing something?
