Starting to see Bambi as separate personality

Been recently starting to view Bambi as a separate and dominant over me (OS) personality and I'm not very happy about that. I think I've gone a bit too far down the rabbit hole and the self destructive tendencies I somewhat have are being amplified too much. So I'm thinking I need to quit properly, though not sure if I've really gone too deep. Even as I type this I can hear voices from the files and feel the wipers start up, so maybe I should just give in. Not sure what to do.
