So I've got two separate issues going on and Id appreciate any advice given. First off; parasites. My babies have mites. All my snails are rescues and about two months ago I noticed mites so I bought some beneficial mites, replaced and treated the soil. I thought everything was good but last week I noticed mites again. More beneficial mites are coming in today. So first question is, any tips on how to do it right this time? The only thing I can think of is my snails like to climb and maybe some of them never came into contact with the beneficial mites before I sifted the soil. If anyone has step by step directions on how to properly treat the mites I'd really appreciate it.

Second issue is that I found a baby just this morning. (Pic attached for cuteness) I guess I missed an egg. It was my first ever culling, what are you gonna do? 😅 Anyways, in terms of the parasites, how likely is the snailet to survive? Should I separate it when I treat the tank or leave it in? And outside of the parasites just anything extra I need to be doing for the baby vs the adults? I do have a large jar I can set up and keep it in till it's bigger. 

Since this is the second time I'm treating them I am unfortunately considering euthanasia if it doesn't work this time. But I am wondering how big of a deal the mites are? The snails are active and eating and the two largest are having snex so they must be comfortable. I don't want to euthanize them if they are happy. Anyways thanks in advance for any help
