does punching yourself count?

I've been punching myself really hard with my fist or other blunt objects all over my arms and legs for months at this point as a form of coping? I used to hit myself on my forehead/ side of head next to the ear and on the back of my head but ive been ttrying to stop doing that since I think i already have some neurological damage due to more frequent migraine. i dont cut since i will probably get put out the house if my siblings or parents find out
