Cradle Catholic who lost his way now am back home.

I was born and raised in the Catholic Church but when I was a young adult I strayed away from the faith. After almost 20 years away from the church I find myself back. However, I cannot for the life of me seem to remember the mysteries or much of the prayers of the rosary. Can someone out there tell me how one remembers the stages of praying the rosary? I feel like I’m somehow derelict in my faith devotion to Christ for not being able to do so.
